OUR PROGRAMMES

Three formats. One underlying purpose.

Whether you are attending alone, bringing your family or commissioning a programme for your organisation, all three Pensara offerings rest on the same foundation: structured education that explains documentation without crossing into advice.

OUR APPROACH

How Pensara designs its programmes

Every programme starts with the document itself — the actual statement format in use, the field labels as they appear on the page, the sections in the order they are printed. We do not start with concepts and work down to the document. We start with what the participant holds in their hand.

This means working from publicly available source materials. EPF publishes member guides. Scheme trustees publish annual reports. The Malaysian retirement regulatory framework is documented. We build curriculum from those sources, cite them, and update when formats change.

The second design principle is explicit boundary-setting. Each programme contains a written explanation of the difference between understanding what a document says and deciding what to do about it. The first is what Pensara does. The second requires a qualified professional.

This is not a legal disclaimer in fine print. It is an active part of the curriculum — taught, discussed, and included in written materials so participants are clear about what they have received and what they still need to seek.
